DESCRIPTION:You are warmly invited to join — in person or online — our upcoming\nMeditation Day:  Free from the Mind. \nWe look forward to sharing a day in which active meditations and more\, in a safe space of vulnerability\, support our movement towards clearing the clutter and old conditioning of our mind that so often keeps us stuck in our head\, in stories and business that no longer serve us. \nClearing the clutter\, so to speak\, supports us to start allowing ourself to return to our body\, towards sensing ourself\, to feeling our feelings and experiencing inner stillness. \n \nDuring the day we will: \n\n\nground more deeply in the body\, our connection with reality \n\n\nallow our energy to flow where it was blocked and become alive again \n\n\nreconnect with spontaneity\, aliveness\, and laughter \n\n\ncultivate awareness\, bringing us in touch with our inner guide \n\n\nIn a safe atmosphere of vulnerability we create space for sharing\, supporting each other’s process\, and deepening the connection with ourSelves. Throughout the day as well as exploring a variety of meditations\, we will work with grounding exercises\, bodywork\, and experiential practices. \nThe day is facilitated by Adhira and Imani\, a facilitator and a trainee of the Essential Psychotherapy Institute. \nVenue: Wajid Meditation Centre\, The Hague\, Prins Hendrikplein 1\nOnline participation via Zoom is also possible. \nThe program starts at 0800 and we will finish around 18.30. There will be a break for breakfast and for lunch. \nEarly bird: €75 (until 08/06)\nRegular price: €85 \nIt is also possible to join only the morning Dynamic Meditation.
