DESCRIPTION:You are warmly invited to join — in person or online — the upcoming\nMeditation Day on Sunday\, November 1st\, 2026.\n  \n\nActive Meditation is not an escape from the world; it is a homecoming.\nOn a daily basis\, we live on the surface—trapped in roles\, responsibilities\, and external expectations.\nWhen you close your eyes and turn your attention inward\, you begin to build the most important relationship of your life: the one with yourself. \nSelf-intimacy is born when you stop judging what you feel. Meditation supports you to land in your body\, listen to your heartbeat\, and welcome every emotion—from deep sadness to wild joy—with total acceptance. It is a space where you don’t have to pretend anymore. \n  \nAre you curious ? You are welcome to come and try it out. \nIn this day we look forward to sharing active meditations in a safe space of vulnerability and support\, as we move towards connecting more deeply within to meet our true Self. We may meet our strength\, our energy\, solidity and joy or we may meet some of our wounds\, both are welcome and there is space for sharing and deepening. This supports us to start allowing ourself to return to our true feeling as we get more grounded\, in touch with our vulnerability\, moving towards true regulation\, to our authenticity\, with compassion for ourself. \nDuring the day we will: \n\nground more deeply in the body\, our connection with our true feeling\nwelcome our vulnerability in a space of support\nreconnect with spontaneity\, aliveness\, enjoying our energy in our body\ncultivate awareness\, bringing us in touch with our inner guide\n\nIn a safe atmosphere there is also space for sharing\, supporting each other’s process\, as we deepen the connection with our true Self. \nThe day is facilitated by Adhira and Imani\, a facilitator and a trainee of the EPI. \nLocation\nVenue: Wajid Osho Meditation Centre\nOnline participation via Zoom is also possible\, please email in advance if you like to join via zoom and we can send you the link. \nProgram \n08:15 – Reception and tea \n08:30 – Dynamic Meditation (with explanation and additional centering exercises) \n10.00 – 11.00 – Breakfast break and shower \n11.00 – 13:30 – Introduction and two active meditations \n13:30 – 14:45 – Lunch break \n14:45 – 18:30 – We continue active meditations\, with individual guidance as needed. We finish the day with sharing our experiences with support for each of your process. \nCosts \nEarly bird: €75 (until 23/10)\nRegular price: €85 \nIt is also possible to join only the morning Dynamic Meditation.
