SUMMARY:Day of Connection and Bonding - returning to fulfilment
DESCRIPTION:DAY of CONNECTION and BONDING – returning to fulfilment\n  \n \nAs a culmination of the series of Building Inner Structure groups about Bonding\, we now like to offer a WHOLE DAY of experiencing and opening to connection and bonding with another. In the course of the evening groups again and again we saw how participants realised how little they actually know real bonding. This is how alienated we have become from our vulnerability and real connection\, which keeps us unfulfilled. \nBonding happens throughout childhood development. It starts already in the womb\, and continues in different ways and forms in every developmental stage. In the course of this day\, through sharing in a space of vulnerability and safety\, through exploring what happened to us in various developmental stages\, through meditation\, bodywork and gestalt exercises\, we will come in touch with what happened around our ability to bond and feel closeness with another. Facing our wound around contact and connection\, will allow us to find ease and restore our ability to connect and feel the fulfilment that comes from real contact with another. We are social beings and we are nomads. Bonding is essential and makes life worth living. A life devoid from real relating and relationship is missing in meaning and depth. Our quality of life gets compromised. The Human being is a mammal that attaches the longest to the parent. We need a really long time of uninterrupted attachment to feel emotional safety. When we felt unsafe with our parents and therefore could not experience the ease\, the rest and regulation that the healthy bonding offers\, we often stayed in a fight flight freeze response. \n  \nIn this group we will explore what happened to our capacity to feel emotional safety through healthy attachment and bonding.
