GROUP for conquering the toxic SUPER EGO

This afternoon 14.00 – 17.00 we start our new online series of 12 evening groups, which are the continuation of the online Empowerment group series that completed in April.

We will be Conquering the toxic Super Ego – a process towards victory over the unhealthy voices and tendencies that keep us stuck in the misery of our past.

In our lives today, most of us have lost touch with our true Inner Voice, the voice of our conscience, which functions as a guiding light in our lives and can lead us to our true purpose. We are also disconnected from our intuition. Instead of listening to our true Inner Voice and our true intuition, we often listen to and identify with limiting, critical and punishing voices within, us that keep us confined within a prison of false beliefs and ideas about ourselves and life, stemming from the conditioning of our childhood.

In these groups, step by step we take an in-depth look at these parts of our psychological structure that constitute the ego-superego constellation. Through experiential work and exercises we will see how the toxic superego – which is basically the internalized toxic voices of our parents – still controls us and takes away our inner regulation and our autonomy. We will get the tools to become aware of, confront and eliminate these judgmental and criticizing toxic inner voices in order to be free from the effect they have on us and our life.

We will:

• Learn to identify these toxic voices and how they control us
• become clear about their origin (conditioning) and return to the truth in stead of believing their lies
• embrace our wounds that may be uncovered in this process and we will learn to hold them in our vulnerability, paving the way towards true self love
• be resourced and empowered against these toxic voices
• get an experiential understanding through processes that will support us to gain back our power in stead of giving it away
• be supported to listen to our intuition, our inner Guide, and to direct our way towards our true purpose and fulfillment
• come in touch with the pro-life direction
